About Me and How I Work

I have had the opportunity to live and work in different countries and cultures. This exposure to alternative ways of thinking, relating to others, dealing with emotions and responding to life’s challenges has enabled me to be particularly open to the journey we all submit ourselves to in search of connectiveness and meaningful life, regardless of our background.
I studied for 15 + years in Bioenergetics, Counselling, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and run a private practice in South London.

I have completed rigorous and thorough clinical and theoretical training in all therapies, and I find that using a combination of carefully applied approaches is highly beneficial, enriching my capacity to address very individual problems.
