Starting Therapy

 

We begin with a consultation to learn more about your problems. I will recommend a therapeutic route, and we mutually agree on subsequent sessions. Some issues will need several sessions, some only one, and sometimes therapy is open-ended.

Rates

 

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy session, 50 mins : £80
Counselling session, 50 mins : £80
Hypnotherapy session, 60 mins : £120

RTT® session, 2.5 hrs : £250

Group sessions, 1.5 hrs : £50 per person
